A 3-time Emmy Award nominee seen in studio movies, independent films and literally thousands of hours of TV. Upcoming: the thrillers Boston Strangler with Chris Cooper and Keira Knightly (produced by Ridley Scott) and Informant with Nick Stahl, Kate Bosworth and Mel Gibson. Recently released: Diary of a Spy with Tamara Taylor and Reece Noi, A Dark Foe, with Selma Blair and Graham Greene, and the indie Ten-Cent Daisy. On television he's delivered major roles in Amazon's Bosch  and HBO's True Detective


His feature directing debut, How We Got Away With It, won multiple film festival accolades. His first screenplay became The Hard Easy and starred Bruce Dern, Vera Farmiga and Peter Weller. He is a producer on the timely documentary, Seeing Is Believing: Women Direct. His writing has won recognition at the Launchpad Prose Competition, the Finish Line Script and Big Apple Screenplay competitions, the Beverly Hills Film Festival and the LA International Screenplay Awards. 

For several years he was the drummer for The High Lonesome, scoring 2 hits on the Billboard hot 100.
